Something wrong? That’s okay! We are more than happy to process an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Here’s how:
Exchanges are accepted on goods within 14 days you received the product. You click RETURN in order in your account at shop.uwear.me. The uWear customer service team will get in touch after the exchange has been approved. Exchange requests outside of this period will NOT be accepted. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the 14 days time limit.
All products returned to uWear must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, without makeup, deodorant or perfume stains in the original packaging and hangtags intact.
uWear is unable to process any exchange on items that were not bought from our online store. They should be exchanged at the original point of sale.
Refunds are only issued in the unlikely case the you receive a faulty item.
Discounted, Sale and Promotional items are FINAL sale. No exchanges, returns or refunds.
We do not refund shipping charges for goods returned, except in the case of faulty items. Items we exchange will be resent at your expense . Your return postage is not refundable.
uWear is not responsible for the loss of products being returned. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
Prior to the shipment of the new product we must have received the exchange item.
uWear never issues refunds under any of these circumstances: Change of mind, Wrong size ordered, Decided you did not like a discounted, Sale or promotional item. However under any of the For mentioned circumstances we gladly offer an exchange or credit towards a future purchase.
