Shopping at uWear is super easy. Below are a few steps to help you fill your shopping cart with exciting and Limited Edition uWear Products:
Choose the category of the product that you want to buy.
Once you have chosen your item, choose the size, quantity and click on ADD TO CART.
If the size you would like does not appear under the size options, it means that particular size is out of stock.
You can continue shopping or you can view your cart and proceed to the check out.
How often does uWear bring new designs?
We strive to have additional new print designs available on a monthly basis to keep uWear products actual, trendy and fashionable every moment of the year.
How exclusive and Limited is uWear?
We produce Limited Editions only, we keep our prints exclusive so we do not repeat prints beyond the preset maximum number. Also, we only bring a limited number of each print to the market. Occasionally, if a pattern is in big demand, we might repeat it in a different color scheme. The number of items worldwide available you may see in each product description. We classify with a three to five star system. On the uWear hangtag you may check how unique the product is you purchased. Separate from the star system we limit the number of products sold per continent and country. Chances you will run into someone wearing the same is near to nothing.

Do I need a uWear Account to order?
You can shop at uWear without having an account. However if you have an account with us you will be able to track your orders and will not receive exclusive and unique promotions.
Promotors & Champions need to be logged in to their account in order to place an order and to receive the discounted price on products.
The website does not recognize my account log-in information, what should I do?

Can I cancel or change my order?
No. Once your order has been placed uWear is unable to make changes or cancel your order. However, once you have received your item, you can follow our return and exchange procedures to exchange your item if you wish. If you have made an error in your delivery address please contact us via email immediately. If your order has already been shipped, uWear does not accept responsibility for incorrect address details.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item(s)?
If you received an incorrect item submit a request at www.shop.uwear.me/pages/returns Please provide your name, e-mail, order number, item name and the reason. We’ll make sure the issue is resolved!
Shipping and Payments
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours depending on the volume of orders received.
Orders and inquiries are not processed during weekends and public holidays.
We do our best to answer all your inquiries as quickly as possible, however during busy periods, general inquiries can take up to 48hrs for follow up and orders can take up to 2 days to be processed
What methods of payments do you accept?
We accept credit card payments through PAYPAL.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, uWear ships to wherever you are.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Will I have to pay for customs or Import taxes?
All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country.
Your order is shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Do I pay any postage on exchanges?
It is client’s responsibility to cover the postage of the returned item, uWear will cover the postage of the new item. uWear will only cover any postage expense incase of faulty items.
Does uWear Issue Refunds?
uWear does not issue refunds for change of mind or wrong size, however we will gladly offer an exchange or credit towards your future purchase.
How to use my coupon code?
Enter your coupon code in the "DISCOUNT" section under "Order Summary" during the checkout process. Hit apply and the discount amount will be reflected on the order total immediately! If you have a coupon code and you do not know where to apply at the checkout, do not place an order. Submit a request sending an e-mail to email@example.com and they will assist you in checking out
I forgot to add my coupon code!
If you do place an order without the coupon code and agreed with the terms and conditions, we will not be able to give you a credit or refund.
Can I use more than one coupon codes on my order?
You will be able to use only one discount code at the same time.
