uWear receives orders from all around the world, uWear collaborates with all available international express services available depending on the final destination. uWear does everything possible to ensure that your order arrives safely to its destination. Our Customer Service is always available to give information about the delivery status of your order.
Shipments are made within 5 working days Monday to Friday. When you use a bank transfer payment method, shipping will be processed once we received the confirmation of payment.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct, because we can’t change the destination address has been processed.
Before we deliver your order, we require complete personal information (like full name, email, phone number and address.) We will do our best to keep any delays to a minimum.
There is a 24 hour period between the moment your order will be processed and shipped by our warehouse. Please note that it may take longer during a sale or promotion period where it could take up to 48 hours before goods will be shipped.
In order to improve our services, uWear provides free shipping promos. Please note that free shipping promotions will be displayed for your order on the payment page.
uWear give a warranty on every purchase while the goods are being sent to the customer. Upon delivery we require a signature for any delivered goods. From that point the responsibility for the purchased items switches to the customer. If you have set the receiver as someone who did not make the order (for example a gift) then the receiver will accept and their signature will be the evidence of proof of delivery and fulfillment of the responsibilities of uWear.
Taxes & Customs Duties
To ensure that the pricing is accurate, taxes and shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout until the process is complete.
In case of overseas shipment the customer is responsible for any taxes, clearance costs or import duties that maybe levied.
